Benefits Manager

Home Office, Waite Park, MN

 

Primary responsibilities include the administration of existing benefits plans as well as research, recommendations, and implementation of new plans and/or enhancements.  In addition, coordination of the open enrollment process and timely responses to all benefits inquiries from Associates.   Secondary responsibilities include a variety of human resource functions as assigned.

Ideal candidate(s) will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in benefits administration and human resources.  Proficient skills required in MS Office.  Must also have strong communication and organizational skills and be a proven team player.
