Fast-growing property management company seeking two motivated professionals to fill two positions of Director of Sales for Country Inn & Suites located in Tiftonia and Dalton and Country Inn & Suites in Chattanooga and Hixson. 

Primary goal of the position is to meet and exceed sales and profit goals for the hotel by executing sales and marketing strategies, implementing promotions targeted at specific market segments, and maximizing technological resources.   This will be accomplished through the use of dynamic sales and negotiation skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.  Ability to work independently and to set and attain goals will be critical to success.

Qualified candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent experience and a minimum of four to five (4-5) years of Sales and Marketing experience, preferably in hotel management.  Proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications also required.
