Project Details

Sand partnered with Property Management to coordinate relocation of current residents to complete the renovation of Granite City Townhomes with new siding, garage doors, outdoor play area, landscaping and adding an manager's office.  The interior renovation included cabinets, flooring, appliances, energy efficient lighting, paint and windows, all following MN Green Communities criteria.
