Project Details

Sand converted the Harvester Loft office building into condominiums.  The seven story building has concrete beams, columns, and floors.  Sand constructed the 7th floor penthouse as new construction above the roof that features floor-to-ceiling windows and decks.  The project has first floor commercial, two levels of structured parking, and highlights historically significant features.
