Sand will start construction on Balsam Apartments in Dayton, Minnesota in summer 2016. Balsam Apartments will be a 49 unit community with underground parking, community room, fitness room and children’s play area. The homes will be a mixed of one, two and three bedrooms with full kitchens, walk-in closets, in-unit laundry, and deck/patio.
