Sand teams will start construction on Cornerstone Village II in Dayton, Minnesota in summer 2016. Cornerstone Village II is the second phase adding 49 units to the existing 42 units. Cornerstone Village II will feature a mix of one, two and three bedroom homes with full kitchens, walk-in closets, in-unit laundry, and deck/patio. The community will have underground parking, community room, fitness room, outdoor community garden and children’s play area.
