Nex Avenue

The street improvement for Nex Avenue, a new public roadway, are an approximately 375’ by 26’ concrete roadway with 30’ right-of-ways. Improvements include but are not limited to the construction of the future public roadway, built to City of Iowa City standards, curb, gutter, storm water, and sidewalks along both sides of Nex Avenue, as well as the extension of sanitary sewer and water main.
