Country Inn & Suites By Carlson in St. Cloud (West), Minnesota is being converted to a Gen 4 style with modern features.  Sand will be adding 34 guest rooms and 1,500 square feet of meeting space while updating the interior and exterior.  Renovation started in fall 2015 and is expected to be complete in summer 2016.
