Coral Ridge Apartments will be a senior independent living community with 56 units.  The community will feature underground parking, community room and outdoor space.  Each home will include a full kitchen, in-unit laundry and accessible features.  Construction is anticipated to start in January 2017 and be complete in January 2018.
