- Lead Onsite and Roaming Maintenance Technicians, including coordinating maintenance schedules, training and developing staff, assisting with special projects, and developing preventive maintenance schedules.
- Responding to resident work orders and performing preventive maintenance at multiple sites, including unit turns.
- Perform preventive maintenance on property, including but not limited to; mechanical/electrical, HVAC, refrigeration and plumbing systems, building components, and furniture, fixtures, and equipment
Experiences:
- 11 years of combined carpentry/building maintenance experience
- 2014 MADACS Roving Maintenance Team of the year
- Minnesota state Special Boilers license
- EPA Universal Refrigeration License
